KTB Trading – Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
  • Company: refers to KTB Trading Company.
  • Customer: refers to any person or entity that interacts with the company to purchase trucks or trailers.
  • Vehicles: Refers to trucks and trailers offered for sale by the company.
  1. Acceptance of the terms
    By accessing the company’s website or using its services, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
  2. Vehicle inspection
    Customers can visit the company’s headquarters to inspect trucks and trailers before purchasing.
  • Customers are advised to contact the company to arrange an inspection appointment.
  1. Vehicle reservation
  • Customers can reserve vehicles for a specific period after agreeing with the company.
  • If the purchase is not made during the reservation period, the company has the right to offer the vehicles for sale to any other customer.
  1. Payment
  • Payment must be made in full upon receipt of vehicles.
    The company accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or any other method agreed upon.
  1. Receiving
  • Vehicles are collected from the company headquarters: Emmalaan 10, 8131 AB Wijhe, Nederland.
  • The customer bears responsibility for transporting the vehicles after receiving them.
  1. Warranty and quality
  • The company guarantees that the vehicles offered match the description and are suitable for use.
  • The customer has the right to inspect the vehicles upon receipt to ensure their condition and quality.
  1. Returns and exchanges
  • The company does not accept the return or exchange of vehicles after receiving them unless there is a defect or defect that was previously agreed upon.
  1. Cancellation
  • The customer can cancel the reservation before completing the payment process.
  • The reservation cannot be canceled after receiving the vehicles.
  1. Applicable law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
  2. Disputes
  • In the event of any dispute, it will be resolved amicably between both parties.
  • If an amicable solution is not reached, the dispute will be resolved through the competent courts in the Netherlands.
  1. Amendments
    The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any material modifications via the website.

    The company is committed to protecting customers’ privacy and not sharing their personal information with third parties without their consent.
