KTB Trading – Buying and Selling Policy

2.1 Vehicle inspection
- Customers can preview the vehicles for sale at the company’s headquarters.
Customers are advised to contact the company to arrange an inspection appointment and ensure vehicle availability.
2.2 Vehicle reservation
- Customers can reserve vehicles for a specific period after agreeing with the company.
- If the purchase is not completed within the reservation period, the company has the right to offer the vehicles for sale to any other customer.
2.3 Payment
- Payment must be made in full upon receipt of vehicles.
The company accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or any other method agreed upon.
2.4 Receipt
- Vehicles are collected from the company headquarters: Emmalaan 10, 8131 AB Wijhe, Nederland.
- The customer bears responsibility for transporting the vehicles after receiving them.
2.5 Warranty and quality
- The company guarantees that the vehicles offered match the description and are suitable for use.
- The customer has the right to inspect the vehicles upon receipt to ensure their condition and quality.
- Selling
3.1 Submitting a sales offer
- Customers can submit offers to sell their trucks and trailers to the company.
- The sale offer must include accurate details about the vehicle, its condition and pictures.
3.2 Evaluation of vehicles
The company evaluates the vehicles offered for sale and determines their market value.
- The customer is contacted to inform him of the company’s evaluation and the proposed purchase price.
3.3 Completion of the sale
- If the price is agreed upon, the sale process is completed and the contract is signed between the two parties.
- The customer must provide all legal documents required to transfer ownership.
3.4 Payment
Payment is made to the customer after completing the ownership transfer process and submitting the required documents.
The company accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or any other method agreed upon.
- Cancellation
4.1 Cancel your purchase
- The customer can cancel the reservation before completing the payment process.
- The reservation cannot be canceled after receiving the vehicles.
4.2 Cancel the sale
- The customer can cancel the sales offer before signing the contract.
- The sale cannot be canceled after signing the contract and completing the ownership transfer process.
- Disputes
- In the event of any dispute, it will be resolved amicably between both parties.
- If an amicable solution is not reached, the dispute will be resolved through the competent courts in the Netherlands.
- Amendments
